General policy

Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your member billing area to stop future renewals.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within a limited window after purchase, as described to qualified legal counsel before launch. Refund eligibility outside that window is at our discretion.

How to request a refund
